Polkadot Blockchain Academy, in conjunction with Universidad Champagnat, invites the entire academic, professional and public community to participate in a strategic conversation on the future of decentralised infrastructures and their potential to strengthen institutional transparency, as well as to drive new forms of innovation in the public and private sectors.

Featured Speakers
The gathering will feature nationally and internationally renowned figures, among them:
- Primavera De Filippi (France): Research Director at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) and member of the Harvard Berkman Klein Center. Recognised worldwide for her work in digital law and governance, she will deliver the keynote address.
- Esteban Allasino: Mayor of Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza.
- Mike Tango Bravo: Director of OpenVino.
- Luis J. Canessa: Blockchain expert at Universidad Champagnat.
- Marcelo Palma: Specialist in Innovation and Education.
The keynote conference by Primavera De Filippi will address how blockchain technology can:
- Reinforce legitimacy and trust in institutions.
- Drive more transparent, adaptive and inclusive regulatory frameworks.

Two thematic panels will follow:
