Software developer with a passion for good UX, involved in the Polkadot ecosystem since 2018, when he joined Parity Technologies. In the network’s earliest days, when Polkadot existed only as a whitepaper, Thibaut worked closely with the community, miners, and builders around the Parity Ethereum client and wallet, before turning his focus to Polkadot as it took shape through the launches of Kusama, Polkadot itself, and Kusama’s parachains.
During his time at Parity, Thibaut built and contributed to several products still in use today, including Parity Signer (now Polkadot Vault), polkadot.js apps, and the polkadot.js browser extension. He also built the original version of Polkassembly, the Polkadot and Kusama governance platform, and led its development through its first year.
He moved to ChainSafe Systems around the time of the parachain launches, expanding into building for other ecosystems including Filecoin and Ethereum while remaining deeply involved in Polkadot, continuing to build and maintain ecosystem tools, most recently Multix, a multisig and proxy management platform, and Delegate, a tool for simplifying governance delegation.
